Beggs & Lane is pleased to announce that Matthew P. Massey has joined the firm as an associate in the Pensacola office, where his practice will focus on commercial litigation, business disputes, professional malpractice, and white collar criminal defense.
Prior to joining the firm, Matthew served as an Assistant United States Attorney for four years with the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Columbia, where he tried over 20 cases on behalf of the United States Department of Justice.

Matthew earned his undergraduate degrees from the University of Virginia in 2009. He continued his studies at Emory University School of Law where he served as a Managing Editor of the Emory Law Journal.
