Holland and his wife Betsy have two daughters, Laura and Caroline. Laura and her husband, Craig Kemper, live in Alexandria, Va. Caroline and her husband, Bill Weimar, live in Atlanta, Ga., and have a son, Jack. His hobbies include golf, boating and hunting.
