Cecily M. Parker

Cecily M. Parker is an Associate in the firm’s Pensacola office.  She represents individuals and businesses in business litigation, appellate litigation, contract litigation, real estate litigation, and bankruptcy and creditor’s rights both at the trial and appellate level.  Cecily has participated in appeals before the First District Court of Appeal, the Second District Court of Appeal, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Cecily is admitted to all Florida State Courts, all Alabama State Courts, the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Florida, the Federal District Court for the Middle District of Florida, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court.
