Carllee J. Godwin

Carllee J. Godwin is an Associate in the firm’s Pensacola office and is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Tax practice groups, as well as the firm’s Wills, Trusts and Estates practice group. Carllee practices in the areas of tax law, corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, healthcare, estate planning, including high-net worth estate tax planning, probate, not-for profit and charitable organizations, and business planning, from the creation of a business to succession planning.

Carllee received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of West Florida in 2018. She went on to graduate from the University of Florida Levin College of Law with her law degree in 2021, earning the College of Law’s Estate Planning Certificate. Carllee graduated a year later in 2022 from University of Florida Levin College of Law with her Master of Laws degree in Taxation.

Carllee is a member of the Florida Bar and is admitted practice before all Florida state courts, the U.S. Tax Court, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
