Beggs & Lane congratulates the City of Pensacola and ST Engineering on the groundbreaking for the second aircraft Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) hangar at Pensacola International Airport (PNS) to be leased to ST Engineering’s subsidiary VT Mobile Aerospace Engineering Inc. This second hangar is one of three additional MRO hangars to be constructed at PNS, along with administrative offices and support services centers, as part of Project Titan, a $210 million project resulting from the City’s collaboration with ST Engineering, Escambia County, Triumph Gulf Coast, the Florida Department of Transportation, the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity / Governor’s Job Growth Fund, the U. S. Department of Commerce Economic Development Administration, and Florida West Economic Development Alliance. When fully operational, the 4-hangar, 900,000+ square foot MRO campus at Pensacola International Airport will be the largest, most modern MRO facility in the United States and will create over 1700 new high-paying jobs for our community. Beggs & Lane, with lead attorney John Daniel, is proud to be a part of this historic, transformative project as legal counsel to the City of Pensacola.
