Beggs & Lane is pleased to announce that partner John H. Adams has earned an LL.M. degree in Taxation from New York University School of Law.
John, who is also a licensed certified public accountant, has handled matters involving tax issues for over a decade. John has experience litigating matters involving federal tax issues in U.S. Tax Court and other Federal Courts. John is regularly involved in contested litigation involving probates, trusts, guardianships, real estate, business entities and commercial disputes. John’s practice also includes estate planning, real estate transactions, asset sales, probates, and business planning.
